We aim to provide exceptional experiences at Violora Studio LLC. Keeping appointments on schedule helps us serve every client with care. This Cancellation Policy explains how we manage appointment changes, late arrivals, and related fees so that expectations are clear for everyone.
1. Appointments and Scheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please arrive on time and communicate any changes as soon as possible.
If you will be late, contact us promptly. Depending on availability, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show and may require a new booking.
2. Cancellation Notice
We understand plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows us to offer the time to another guest on our waitlist.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
3. No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without prior notice are classified as no-shows. A no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total may be charged.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or result in limited booking privileges.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
Certain appointments, such as group bookings or specialty services, may require a deposit or prepayment. Deposits are applied to your final balance on the day of service.
If you cancel within the required notice period, deposits can be transferred to a future appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Group Appointments
For group appointments, each guest is responsible for adhering to our cancellation policy. We recommend appointing a group coordinator to manage communication with our team.
Adjustments to the group size or service selection should be shared with us at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate staffing and product needs.
6. Illness and Health Considerations
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule as a courtesy to other clients and our team members. Fees for last-minute changes due to illness may be waived at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline service if a guest arrives with symptoms of illness or contraindications for the requested treatment.
7. Service Adjustments
If your service needs to be adjusted or shortened due to late arrival, the full scheduled price may still apply depending on the circumstances and service time remaining.
